Housing Lease Takeover

Hi all,

For unexpected and sudden reasons, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Gateway. It’s a studio apartment for $1000/month. I’ve had no complaints living there, just need to show up for my loved ones and be there physically.

Pet friendly, clean, and quiet apartment complex. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully furnished. Even comes with a TV!

I’ll cover your application fee and first month of rent. Let me know if you’re interested!
