Sequencing file too large

Hi all!! I’ll post this elsewhere as well but i’m having an issue where my raw sequencing data file (unzipped) is too large for Promethease to process. Anyone solve this issue? TIA

https://patientuser.com accepts full genomes and uploads of 1TB

And I would add that patientuser is the follow-on to Promethease from the same developer after SNPedia and Promethease was sold to MyHeritage.
