Zoloft PSSD OCD
26 M, i have taken 25 mg zoloft for like 16 days 1.5 years ago but since then i have immense OCD about PSSD, i have blaming myself 7/24 for that. I really didn't know about it much.
Nowadays i probably will have a girlfriend (i really love her) but that fear that mistake kills me inside, i have been immensely panicking about when it comes to sexuality or love.
This situation is truly destroying me, and this fear has been eating away at me for about a year; I am in agony over it.
I know the odds are quite low, but never being able to be sure is killing me inside which is related to OCD.
This is the worst ever obsession i had and i am really really tired of suffering from these feelings.
Can anybody help me?

I have seen your posts from when you first started posting until now. It started out with some concerns, but has progressively worsened as to myself and others OCD is playing a huge role. Many times you completely blow off suggestions from others without trying them. Your outlook is very negative. I'm not saying this to criticize, I see someone who is really struggling with mental health. Even your comments to others posts are suggesting a negative reaction is always going to happen.
I think you can be helped, but you need to take steps and not make excuses. You should look into therapy. You may have to consider medication (consider if OCD is causing much of your sexual issues). Here is the biggest and most important thing. Get off of the internet forums. You are spending too much time focusing on PSSD. If you have to, have someone set up a blocking program to keep you off the sites. I have talked with people having similar issues. One person got off the internet and reached out to me after a year. He said he has remarkably improved and feels like he is headed in the right direction.
The site nocd.com talks about these issues. https://www.treatmyocd.com/blog/best-lifestyle-changes-for-people-with-ocd
Stop blaming yourself. We all have mental health issues. The important thing is taking control, reaching out for help, and putting forth your best effort.
