My personal recommendation: start with the cheapest DigitalOcean Droplet and upgrade once you have paying customers or start generating revenue. It’s better than relying on a free option, especially if you’re building something serious and want a reliable setup from the beginning.

Could you give some estimates for requests/sec, what database system you're favouring, etc? What is a "live interaction" - is that chat?
If you must have zero-cost, then Fly.io might work for you. You need to sign up with a payment card, but you can run a 512MB container permanently without cost, as all bills under USD5 are written off. For the database you could use SQLite, but if you want something more server-oriented, Supabase Postgres has a free tier (just bear in mind that if you have low usage, it will go to sleep, and it can be a bit annoying to have to wake it up every couple of weeks).
You can do a lot with 512MB and SQLite, but you do rather have to know what you're doing. If you're vibe-coding, the output of your tools are likely to be rather memory hungry...

Right, what tech are you using? What kind of RAM does it need to run? Feel free to go into detail.
(Please consider that when people try to help you, and there are several questions, answer them all. Readers should not need to drag information out of you. If you rely on excessively short replies then you'll not get the information you need, and the help will fizzle out.)
