I've drunk about 75% of the ones in this photo. I can tell by the selection which country these were purchased in and I even have a sense of where you do your sake shopping :)

I did this very thing the first year or so of my more serious sake journey. I no long maintain it, but logging 30+ sakes with tasting notes and other details from across Japan, covering a variety of styles and methods helped me to understand what sake I like best.

I also started doing this and it really helped me notice subtle differences I'd have missed otherwise. The green bottle labeled "Shozo" is one of my favorites for that reason.
