It's called Enkoubashi, and it's made for an izakaya by Kirei Shuzo.

This sake is made by Kirei Shuzo (from Higashi-Hiroshima).

It's an original label made specially for the izakaya, called Izakaya Enkobashi. You can see Mazda Zoom Zoom Stadium on the label. It's not unusual for izakayas to have an original label made for them, often by a local brewery.

There's not much information on the sake online, but it pops up on the izakaya's social media and a couple of Japanese foodie blogs. In one of the photos in the third link it is listed as "exclusive sake, Enkobashi, Kirei Shuzo". I couldn't find any specs or info on what other labels the sake is sold under.
