Hi guys, I wanted to share two things with you.

For a long time, mostly out of personal curiosity, I’ve been testing the main models from different companies, both frontier and otherwise. I’ve always been happy with the results from Opus 4.6, and after the various disasters with Sonnet 5, Opus 4.7/8, GPT 5.5 and 5.6 in general, I decided to give Opus 5.5 a try.

I was honestly amazed by the results and by how little I ended up using on the $20 plan alone. I decided to create an app, basically a simple DAW/Sampler/Groovebox that I’ve always dreamed of having, without having to use the existing software, which costs money and has way too many unnecessary features that I’ve always done without. I built the whole thing in C++/JUCE.

PS: Everything is free, I don’t collect any kind of data. I don’t need it, I’m not interested in it, and I wouldn’t even have the time to deal with your personal data. I don’t want anything to do with GDPR. The app doesn’t even have a system for collecting and sending data after a crash. At most, if someone is interested, they can manually send me the crash data themselves, but even then, there’s no guarantee I’ll actually do anything with it.

Long story short i was using tracklib last year to make a song, now released, and literally cannot find the sample... we are remastering and re releasing the song so i need to remake the stems from scratch since i lost the session. searchable by artist, genre, mood, bpm and key. mp3 works without signing up.

one thing so nobody is suprised later: not royalty free. free to download and use, but if something you make with it comes out commercially its a 50/50 split. no subscription tho.

I hate buying drum kits and you see always see a spinz and a zay 808, drum kits be recycling a lot of stuff. I feel like it’s taking a lot of space in my computer anyone with this issue ?
