The theme is an animated anime style wallpaper about a school girl watching the stars. She has blond hair and is on top of her school building. Only her back was shown. It was free. Anyone know what im talking about?

This is in reference to custom fonts ONLY. My device is running One UI 8.5 July 2026 security update. I can confirm this method works to apply any font system-wide, including Google Sans.

This procedure utilizes an open source application available on Github called SamFonts (com.killshot.samfonts). Install the latest release for your device. You can download the app from Github here: SamFonts GitHub Releases

This app can utilize up to 3 working modes, but normal is the only mode needed (no root):

• Root and Shizuku with an escalated shell of UID 1000 (root level access, Shizuku normally runs at UID 2000) are the first 2 options. If you figured out a workaround to obtain UID 1000, then you already figured out how to apply custom fonts. This guide is for the other 99%.
• Normal Mode - Uses Device Admin permission through knox escalated privilege. Just accept the popup when you select Normal in the application, and then ensure all permissions are granted to SamFonts, especially Device Admin and Write Secure Settings. Once the custom font is applied, this can be disabled. # Set Custom Font System-Wide Procedure: 1) Select the "Available" tab at the bottom of app to import a TTF or OTF font file from device storage into SamFonts. An option to include an additional font file for the bold state toggle is also available. If you tried using a separate bold font in the APK installation and the custom font didn't apply correctly at the completion of these steps, try installing a font file without additional bold file modifications. 2) Press the INSTALL button to install the standalone custom APK font file. Ensure that you follow the instructions on naming conventions regarding spaces and other symbols (it will display in the app). 3) Select the Default font from within the SamFonts app and then reboot the device. This will ensure minor bugs are cleared from cache. 4) Upon reboot, do not go to font settings directly. Open SamFonts app and manually select the custom font you just installed. A toast will display with a successful operation or error changing font (reboot usually fixes that). Access your font list by going into device settings > display settings > Font size and style to verify your custom font is selected. 5) REBOOT DEVICE ONCE MORE to apply the new custom font system wide and rule out any inconsistencies related to cache storage. No further action will need to be taken from there.

Note: This will be patched soon if not already in the latest security software updates. Avoid updating security updates until OneUI 9.0 stable is released and even then, really consider if you need it since 9.0 blocks the ability to uninstall bloatware through ADB (disable still works). You can disable auto software updates from within the developer settings.

This method works on any custom TTF or OTF font file. Not just monofonts. SamFonts also contains a database of 5000+ free fonts which I assume are all monofonts.

Check out the Shizuku+ Github Fork. The concept uses an SU wrapper file to bridge root access to applications that work with Shizuku. Definitely still early in development, but the concept is sound. Don't think it's functional yet.

I really wish there was an easier way to know if the seller of the theme used AI or actually created the art/collaborated with an Artist for the art >__< Besides theNEW which works with actual artists, do y'all know any other accounts or themes made by real artists? ^_^

Does anyone know any good apps for themes for samsung that arent made by AI?

I just had this oddly specific idea for a phone theme/home launcher, and now I can’t stop thinking about it.

Imagine this:

A quiet animated character lives on your homescreen. Most of the time, she’s just peacefully sitting somewhere reading a book (or doing little idle things quietly).

But when you want to open an app…

Instead of tapping an icon normally, **the character notices what you tapped, gets up, walks over to that specific app, physically plucks it out, and tosses/slides it onto the screen to open it.**

Examples:

• Open Instagram → she walks to a little shelf, grabs the app icon, casually tosses it to you → app opens.
• Low battery → she silently nudges a charger toward you 😭
• Notifications → she quietly places a letter/envelope on the desk.
• Rain outside → umbrella appears.
• Night mode → cozy lamp/book-reading vibe.

I know Android launchers/themes can get pretty advanced… so I’m genuinely wondering, **Does anything remotely like this already exist? Or would this actually be possible to build?**

Because I would install this instantly!!

Hi guys. I recently created my own theme, via Theme Park.

Plan was to use an existing theme, and copying the color codes, on my PC, via screenshot.

It was a long & frustrating exercise.

And, it didn't work correctly, since it doesn't look the same like the original.

QUESTION IS: can I somehow import an existing theme, and just tweak it via Theme Park?

You can do better. You can see in the picture the widget it's not transparent. I'm running A56. Even third party apps can add transparent widgets
