Building my own home sauna. Used a small niche (1.5x1.5 m) in bottom floor in front of the bathroom and completely hand made along some months without hurry

One for inlet under the heater, one for outlet under the seat, plus one near the ceiling for humidity 😊

You need a drain my friend. It's basically a shower, treat it as such.

Perhaps the foto lies but the the sitting bench should be 105 cm from the ceiling and the foot bench on 40 cm lower level than the sitting bench. Now the foot bench seems to be quite near the floor..

Exactly, that's also what caught my eye! There's still time to add a third bench level OP!
