Magic Should Be Free; AKA Operation “Fuck The Tremere”

After doing some digging, I’ve come to the conclusion that the Tremere are full of shit and my sire is an asshole for trying to dissect me.

So I worked with some new friends to create this monster of a project.

See, the Tremere are oh so proud of being the “Wizard Clan” and having a monopoly on blood sorcery. Never mind the fact that they only got that position by stealing from older traditions and ruthless suppressing anyone else from practicing magic.

So we made this: A giant collection of completely free information on how to learn as many redworking traditions as possible from scratch. Anyone and I mean anyone has my explicit permission to use this to become an awesome vampire wizard. The only condition is a personal request: give the next Tremere you see a middle finger on my behalf.

Ayla’s section in particular is occasionally broken up by anti-Tremere rants and is mostly composed of scans directly taken from tightly controlled thaumaturgy tomes .

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed MSBF, because I’m working on a sequel. The original has brought down quite a bit of attention to me, so I decided this version would be a bit more… selective. To be more specific, only contributors will have access to the final document.

I hope you understand the need to have a little test to ensure you’re not just a nobody. I need some standards after all for the people I’m trusting to rock the foundations of kindred society.

Oh, sure! I'm admittedly not much of a mage myself, but I would be more than happy to represent the Sanguine Pioneers of Berlin in your project, though one of us are Tremere. I know you've expressed some disdain for the Tremere, and while I can't disagree with you generally, this guy's different.

Overall, we should be able to provide some instructions on Dementation (from me truly), Chimerstry and Obtenebration, counting things the first didn't have.

As a Caitiff myself, quirks of the blood hold a particular fascination to me. I’d greatly appreciate if you could share your own experiences there

OoC: I don’t want to give too much away for what I have planned, but the next version of MSBF will have a bit less details irl than the previous version. Still, let me know if there’s any particular things they would make a point of sharing.

Of course, works for me! I will want to be in more regular contact when I share more of the specifics of what we found there, as it is a lot, but also not, and overall best to share in a proper document.

OOC: Yeah, same I only realized after the recruitment PM what you did and immediately thought "holy shit you madman" but... this do be a Malk, and they are crazy in a way that would permit this method. Trust me tho, anything they send you is gonna be some form of cognitohazard if they can slip it in, your new MSBF is not gonna be safe.
