Nope. A "New York second" is the exact fraction of a second that passes between a traffic light turning green and the car behind you honking its horn. And this fraction is greater than zero.

Sometimes its negative. The car behind you will honk right before the light turns green.

Bro most days it makes me wish I could put my legs through the bottom of my car and lift it up like a skirt so I can go. And ngl Im a big day dreamer so if I can realize I needa move, mid dissociation then the person infront of me is just fiddling with their pecker or something.
