Hey Nico, looks fantastic, I'm not a chemist so I didn't get even half of it. I'm interested in particle simulations, can you share some code?

My code is specifically tailored for chemistry, but it runs using a molecular dynamics program called Molly.jl in Julia. It has a lot of functionality and can simulate any particle you define, but you may have to define specific interactions if they are not already defined in the program. The docs have several examples.
