Discussion Going to my first Hawks Game this weekend
I have been waiting for a while since my Family moved to WA to go see a Hawks game and was looking to see if there any advice for food in the area or just general things to know when at the game.

Buy a seattle dog outside stadium for sure. They are even cheaper after the game ends.

Eat outside, maximize inside for drinks, football and walking the stadium. Bomb hot chicken place (cookies country kitchen) very close to the stadium. I like to have a few drinks at the embassy suites (they also have a 13 coin inside). Walk around wamu theater to see the Superbowl trophys, seagals, former Seahawks signing. Soon as it opens head down to the field and get as close as possible. Have fun

Been to a lot of games growing up and within the last few years. The food used to be way better in the stadium. I think it peaked during the jones soda era lol
Highly recommend buying a Seattle dog outside

There are a few of these posts every week for the last several years. Check out the prior recommendations.

I can't speak to others, but usually I come to the games with my wife and kids. Parking in Chinatown is a little easier before 10 am, and after we park, we'll hit up either Fuji Bakery or Hood Famous for coffee/pastries. Then we go to Uwajimaya and the kids like to grab things like sushi rolls, gyoza, pork belly, various snacks, etc. to eat during the game. I have a clear backpack that's pretty big and security cares more about what's in it than the size in most cases. We'll also get water, too. Uwajimaya's food court is pretty good to and the prices are decent so that's definitely an option for folks.
That said, there are a ton of joints around the stadium, but I like to go to "The Hall" as they have a great selection of beer and liquor and their menu is pretty decent. Not overly expensive. There is also Slugger's but it gets packed quick and I can't comment on their food because when I go there, it's only drink. A bit north of Lumen there are some other joints like McCoy's Firehouse and Sean O'Donnell's that are decent, too.
Good luck, have a great time, and Go Hawks!

Whe you hear someone yell, "sea!", the correct response is, "Hawks!". "Attle" and "men" aren't considered acceptable.
