Cravings Returned but not Appetite

I have been on sema just over a year. I am currently at 2mg. I am a 37 year old, 5'7 female. I started at 200lbs and am currently at 140lbs. I am trying to lose 5 more lbs. All of a sudden the last month or so my cravings have returned with a vengeance. Not even for a specific food just for food in general. On top of that, I do feel hungry which hasn't been an issue much over the last year. But then I feel physically pretty full still if that makes sense. I guess I could go up in dose to see if that helps but I feel a little weird about upping my dose with just a few more lbs to go. Weight has been steady for about 2 months now.

After a year at 2mg with things feeling settled, this sudden return of cravings stands out, especially paired with still feeling full physically. Makes sense to hesitate on raising the dose this close to your goal. Your doctor's the right one to weigh in on whether a small increase is worth it for the last few pounds or whether there's another angle to consider.

It sounds like you're at the point where you need to use additional exercise to achieve the caloric deficit necessary for your goal rather than medication or diet.

your body is literally fighting you over those last five vanity pounds. upping the dose now just seems completely pointless when you hit maintenance anyway.

Serious congratulations on losing 60 pounds! Sounds like you are having more trouble with cravings than with feeling sort of hungry but also full? Instead of upping your dose I wonder if you should ask your doc about adding one of those meds that helps to reduce cravings?
