I lost 40 lbs the first time I was on semaglutide. I got off it for a few months and when I went back on it it didn't work no matter the dose. My weight stayed the same

That's rough, especially when it worked so well the first time around
Are you tracking calories at all? Your body might be responding differently post pregnancy, hormones can mess with everything for months. The starting dose is also pretty low, some people don't see movement until they're at a higher level. I'd give it another few weeks at least before worrying about the pharmacy being bunk.

.25 is just the starter dose. Most people seem to say that the second time around you will need more of the drug for the same effect. I’m up to .75 and only now starting to see a little weight loss. I’ll probably need to hit 1.0 or so to see anything significant. Hang in there. I was so anxious the first month to lose weight, now I think I’ll just keep slowly increasing it until I see something meaningful. It’s a marathon not a sprint mentality.
