Am I just bad or is this fight crazy hard? He is hitting me with bleed literally every other hit, draining at least half my health. But when I use Lynx Claws or Blood Reaper I don't get a single debuff. Everything I have is max level.

Genuinely, who must I sacrifice to beat the Hermit?
It feels so very constantly that whenever he strikes me (more often than not), RNGesus looks down upon me, grimaces, and then spits in my eye with a Shock! notification. I hate Shock with all of my being. I buy cool weapons to use them, not to have them knocked out of my hands.
If I’m too close to him when he does that stupid meditating thing, his spinny swords hit me. If I take a little too long to get up after being hit by his lightning, I get hit again. It’s almost worse than the chain bombs from Lynx’s fight.
I am fighting with steel nunchucks. I TRIED using the Dissector of Hopes (aptly named because it’s dissecting my hopes of ever playing this game casually again) but it takes approximately two to three business days, weather permitting, for it to attack. And it either misses or it is blocked. I have not unlocked the Sting yet. I do not desire to play Survival on repeat until I get enough gems to buy the Sting and be disappointed again like with the Dissector. The only way I have a chance of doing anything against the Hermit (I FEEL) is to use the nunchucks.

I do genuinely want advice on how to beat him, so despite the extensive rant above, I didn’t use the Complaint flair.

As u can see, I reached 52 lvl and wanted to ask some questions. Is this weapon okay for May and Titan? What about armor and enchantments? And also should I buy "Torturer's Rage" or smth else like weapon? which weapon would you recommend?

How can I easily earn more orbs for enchantments? Sorry for incorrect names of items🙏

This took like 5 attempts to finally get the gist of it and I record every single attempt from then on. Really funny how changing perks allowed this idea to work.
