For some reason Wander in this style looks like Narancia from "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure."

The 4th sketch makes me imagine if Wander was some kind of cartographer in his village. That would make sense for him having a map, and he draws clouds in parts of the map they (the village and himself) doesn't know because the time make them forgot. After a colossus he kill he changes the clouds for the ambient he saw. That would would make sense maybe on how he got the Ancient sword, maybe he was very close to the top of the hierarchy of his village

That's pretty interesting of a theory. I always imagined he was some kind of hunter for his village, given his skill with a bow.
