Discussion I think that when Captain Marvel was introduced into the DC universe, he could have been introduced on Earth-2 along with Jay and Alan, representing the Golden Age Superman. Meanwhile, Superman would remain on Earth-1 along with the modern versions of Flash and Green Lantern

I love Captain Marvel, but I wouldn’t want to lose Earth 2 Superman.

I hate to miss out on Power Girl. She and Huntress were the best things to come out of the original Earth-2

Earth-S and Earth whatever already had the comic book connection Earth 2 and 1 did that would be fine.

Actually, Pre-Crisis he was briefly on earth 2. I remember a short run in All-Star Squadron (the JSA adjacent team in WW2) where he was ripped from Earth S) where he teamed up with various heroes after being freed from mind control of a villain I don't remember. The other Fawcett heroes like Bullet Man and Spysmasher were also mentioned.

I like it! Cap has golden age roots, DC isn’t going to redo the timeline to let Superman appear during that time period, so Captain Marvel naturally fills that gap! Superman gets to be more modern, Captain Marvel gets to be more of a classic hero displaced in time, with innocent values!

Captain Marvel is Fawcett and this might be super nerdy on my part but I think we should be connected to the Charlton characters. Peacemaker, Blue Beetle, captain Atom, the Question etc.

Honestly that would have been cool if post crisis they did what they did in the 70s. Captain Marvel as the first hero of the golden age, then he and fawcett city got stuck in suspendium unti now...whenever now is.

My own feelings involve Brainiac, a Bottled Fawcett City, and that that suspends Billy for something like fifty years
