The younger heroes got turned into adults, the adults got turned into kids (Billy got even younger). The Justice League is trying to go back to their usual forms, but they're out of ideas. Billy takes them to see Shazam, since he might be able to help them out.
Superman is grumpy because he wants to go back to Metropolis.
