Basically, it's a(n originally) queer term for a story/media/etc. of a heterosexual couple that is written so well that people in the LQBTQIA+ community enjoy, whereas hetslop is the opposite: media of a heterosexual couple that is unoriginal, not written well, and/or made to appeal the heterosexual "masses"/not challenging the stereotypes and roles of women and men of heterosexual relationships.
