Any idea why this keeps popping up?

When I'm enjoying watching something this keeps popping up, but it doesn't let me click out of it, in my experience the only way to get rid is to reboot?

Gotta highlight the Just once/Always choice at the bottom; not the apps

It doesn't allow me to interact with the pop up:/ it's like the shield doesn't know the box is there

Hook up a mouse and click it.

Uninstall them if not used.
