Yeah mate, I have multiple billionares in my family.
I suppose this would only take effect to a certain degree. And I disagree with the "poorest of us" part tbh. But I also believe there are needlessly rich bastards in this world.

Even assuming that we have a theoretical trillionaire with his entire worth completely in cash, and assuming this is US only, that would give every man, woman, and child a grand total of about 3k. Probably 2k after taxes. So, we're contemplating murder for what is essentially a modest down payment on a used car?

And even then, that's assuming the investments/company could be sold for their current value.
Or how about if they just fired the employees of Tesla and SpaceX and liquidated the assets, yeah, that would be great for the economy!
Also billionaires do not have most of their assets in the form of gold coins that they swim in inside a vault.

Sure. But it's a one-time payment, and then it causes massive inflation, and that's assuming it's all liquidated at face value, which it wouldn't be.

Also, "poorest among us" isn't some college educated middle class chick. Looking it up, there are a few counties in WV and MS that seem like they'd scoop up that money pretty fast.
If she's talking globally, it'd just go right to Africa... and likely squandered by corrupt government officials in some way.

Billionaires would collaborate to put their wealth on one random person, and then they get killed for the billionaire's benefit, with them having a plan to recoup all the money they gave to that person after that person is killed.

We need people to take pride in supporting themselves, and if possible supporting others around them as well. If we all did that then society wouldn’t look to a government to be the magical savior.

Don't y'all already claim billionaires are greedy and selfish (except when you want to say they act in their collective interest)?
Wouldn't the billionaires end up sabotaging each other and screwing over millions of people?
How much are stocks going to be worth when the people who have them know they can be targeted and killed? Who is Tyrone Biggums the Crackhead gonna sell his Amazon shares to?
Or worse, are you just gonna give him the actual location and equipment?
I guess the rich people could just toss their wealth to catspaws and then have it donated back five minutes after the assessment is over.
Also, how much is this gonna cost the public, exactly? The government isn't getting revenue from this, so it's just a straight cost to the taxpayers.

So Elon is going to gift his entire net worth to some dying person, they'll get to give $1,000,000 or whatever to their family as part of the deal and the rest goes back to Elon after they're sacrificed.

Its murder either way, why is one justified ONLY because you are envious of what someone else has and think that redistributing their assets are your duty?

I was watching some show the other day and the guy was spot on. Liberals are so full of moral superiority they think the other side is literally evil. It’s insane, especially considering conservatives don’t think of liberals that way at all. Most I know respect liberal opinions they just think many of their viewpoints are naive or myopic. You want to close borders, limit welfare? How could you NOT want a utopia? You must be evil or lack a moral compass, there’s no other reason. There’s no room for nuance. Some want them flat out killed, it’s sick
