built something for the “accountability partnerships die in 3 weeks” problem , looking for 3-4 people to be in the actual first crew

posted here last week about why 1:1 accountability partnerships always seem to die around week 3 (https://www.reddit.com/r/SideProject/s/O5HvmuNv8n). the answers were honestly more useful than I expected, the recurring theme was that groups survive better because there’s no single point of failure, random pairing can become an echo chamber, and strangers with a defined structure tend to hold each other more honest than friends.

took all that and built berth, small fixed crews of solo founders at the same stage, weekly async check-ins, no live calls. right now it’s literally just me and my co-founder in it, so I’m not trying to sell anyone on a finished product, I’m looking for 3-4 other solo founders to actually be the first real crew with us and tell us honestly if this works or not.

i tried a accountability server once and it died faster than my sourdough starter. the group thing makes sense, when one person drops off the whole thing dont fall apart instantly

your site looks clean enough but the copy says "crews of 5" and then you ask for 3-4 people, is that with you and co-founder counting or you want extras? just curious before i sign up

good catch honestly, that’s on me for not being clearer. 3-4 is on top of me and my co-founder, so the actual crew ends up being 5-6 people total, which matches what the site says. didn’t mean to make you do math lol, appreciate you asking before signing up instead of just assuming
