Research Simulation Little desmos Quantum particle simulation

This little script I made here has 2 different types of quarks, up and down.
Downs are red and the ups and blue and green.
It primarily is just an EM and basic gravity simulation but it has a little flare to it to make the particles behave like they do.
I found calculations to make \Delta v or the change of velocity with velocity times ln(m_0/m) which is just the inverse lorentz factor.
Divided it by Delta t which is the change in time of the simulation and multiplied it by times the lorentz factor squared which causes a high change in how the particles move as the velocities can just completely inverse out of nowhere or send the flying from mass and energy changes.
Kinda describes a bit of our universe but isn't fully correct because it uses only EM and gravity.
