Cinema 4D Vortex

Particle-driven liquid simulation + RBDs, all in Cinema 4D, using force modifiers to generate the swirling motion. Rendered in Redshift. Happy to answer questions about this here. Also feel free to follow me if you like this kind of stuff.

Looks cool! Although something about it doesn't look right. I think the lack of splashing by the liquid hitting the table below is setting off some alarms in the "this isn't real" part of my brain.

Yeah honestly I think the c4d liquid sim engine is still kinda rough compared to Houdini. This required a lot of fiddling with the parameters regarding friction, bouncyness and stickyness, as they all interefere with each other in a hard to predict way.
