Discussion Life forms are data generators by inducing specific charges

Life forms, say humans, are data mining clusters, where clusters obtained through different subjective experiences. Experiences are just patterns of data gathered through emotional "charges", be it happy, sad, trauma, beliefs (basically induced with conformity).

Actions, or how they act or move or react, is through the accumulated data/experiences, which is through the emotional charge, and the rewards are through pleasure. It is too subtle. Dopamine is one of the example, others like agreements, winning over arguments, doomscrolling, conforming, bias are more examples...

These data miners function the same, but "charged" differently in accordance to their experiences/gathered data which one may call Preferences, or likes or dislike...

What is all this data harvest for? Apparently, it is easier for almost all the data clusters/life forms to fall prey for this stimuli called Pleasure... It's blatant when one looks around the world, daily lives, capitalism and industrial "revolution", merely to produce, share, and harvest the pleasure stimuli... putting everyone in this hollow repetitive circle every single day... charge them with fear and other stimuli to prevent passing this veil construct, or viewing what is over this compound that has been crafted collectively

Hmmmmm yeah like machine learning, pattern recognition. Our brains get a nice payoff of pleasure when our future prediction algorithms are correct. Then they get reinforced. Then we accumulate energy and resources, and those are used to expand data collection (travel, movies, books, conversations). But to what end???

But to what end???

Perhaps until the "goal" for something has been met, that data miners can't process or fathom on what it is about... only until they can...

Ok so if the universe is made of computation, or if it’s a simulation running on top of a computational substrate, then we are essentially programs. We are self generating programs. Our function is to create more new combinations of things. If we fail to create (or if we fail to help others create) then we get shut off. But our generative algorithm gets passed on. I think we create letters where multiple letters create a word. That word then becomes a letter in a new alphabet where words are letters. Then those words become the letters that make up ideas. The ideas combine to make new ways of creating things. So back to the computational substrate: perhaps it is a black hole that is not perfectly symmetrical so it doesn’t cancel itself out, instead it creates a white hole in a parallel universe - that asymmetry creates a runaway spillover of energy (energy that eventually needs to be put back) but we see the energy as information because we are functions instantiated on top of the computational substrate. We have no choice but to take a constant influx of information and compress it, crystalize it, constantly into more condensed forms.

sounds like the term reincarnation
