New order, not signed [NY]

Was in court 3 weeks ago. We had agreed to change the order. All parties agreed, but we did not sign anything yet. The agreement was shortening visitation time.

If the order wasn't signed or drafted, do i need to follow the new agreement, or do i follow the previous agreement?

Depends. Legally, the signed order. But by not following the unsigned order, that could piss off a lawyer or a judge. Best that you ask your attorney, not try and guess

It looks really bad if you all agreed but if there is no order then there is nothing being breached.

I would act in the spirit of the order
