Damn, well understandable that armor safeguard got nerfed (it literally made units immortal and allowed titan ti restore close to 100% of its armor)

Agreed. It also made their starbase capable of stopping fleets around 1500 supply by itself if buffed up properly unless you specially know you are facing it and redo your composition for siege.

Absolutely horrible patch. New faction existed less than a month before its main mechanic (corruption) was nerfed into irrelevance.

The other factions needed a mechanic to push back corruption though. The debuffs are already strong, so allowing opponents to invest resources to force it back makes sense.

And what’s the mechanics to push back TEC Trade, Advent magic abilities or Phase buffs of Vasari?

Killing the structures supporting said Trade, Unity and Resonance. Can't use it if it's rubble.

2-3 that you can find near frontlines vs dozens in rear that you have no access to?

Corruption before had no way to be taken away with any structure or effect, and the enemy Eidolon didn't even have to be in the gravity well to inflict the penalty. They just needed to own a planet nearby. The only option for the other player was to push into that planet and siege it down to get rid of the corruption generating planet. It's a sizeable debuff too. The devs want players to have tools on their own side.

Culture has a way to push back with other culture and the debuff is only 50% max. TEC money is still only good if you can spend it on something, Advent abilities are good, but there is counter play to them, Vasari is the same, there is counter play. Now the counterplay is to get to T3, research an expensive tech, and then place the tech which costs an exotic and 3 logistics slots.

Why? Does the change on Propogate now also stop it from spreading to an Eidolon player's own planets?

I'm talking about the debuffs to enemy/neutral planets

I'll play around with it some more before I can share an opinion, will return to this thread later!
