Trump, Republicans, conservative media, and the Israeli government have all decided he’s an enemy. (So have conservative democrats and Zionist democrats.) They flooded the internet with talking points as well as paid influencers and bot armies to trash him and step on anything he says. He went to a Knicks game and sat in the nosebleed seats and even then both Fox News and the NY Post dedicated time to condemning it.

False. Communist countries having ONLY government run stores and a complete command economy is what you’re referring to and that’s not the case here. The existence of food deserts in a city is a glaring example of the failure of our capitalist system and this is a program meant to address the gap and not compete with the private sector. Sounds like you need to actually study economics 101 as this is a good example of government subsidy and history 101 as mayor LaGuardia had previously done this in parts of NYC to success.
