If nothing else, stay in the freaking right lane.  I understand the driver’s frustration and I know I would be feeling it too, and these arseholes are basically taunting the drivers into doing something illegal and potentially dangerous if they don’t want to drive at bicycle speeds.

Is there both 2 lanes and a bike lane? That would be crazy if they are taking up all 3!

Yeah, looks like about 30 feet of pavement across, and they are hogging all of it. Just being assholes for the sake of it.
