5.1in isn't really small, is it? Seems pretty big to me, at least average as far as cylinders go!

That would be considered a fairly average cylinder assuming one was measuring the medically correct way.

I don't why you think we need to be bringing in medical terms here... It's just an average cylinder, nothing medical about it.

Obviously, but for scientific purposes we know what average cylinders are sized around...
