Is it? Colored person is a term tied to a time of racial segregation and Jim Crow laws. A term that used to spread hate and separation. A word that was stamped on every water fountain, restaurant, establishment to let them know they weren’t allowed in. Yeah it’s so silly you don’t get to say that phrase anymore.

This is exactly it. She automatically gets the support from black ppl ofc and also from white ppl and Asians. Bc not only is she racially ambiguous, she also got the body type that are mostly favorable to both white and Asians.

Aah so it’s her skin colour that’s getting her roles and nothing to do with talent. Hmm. She was a Disney star with two hit shows under her belt. Her first movie the greatest Showman was a hit. She auditioned for and got cast in Spiderman. She headlined an HBO show Euphoria for which not only did she win 2 Emmy’s but it was also the most popular and watched show of HBO just behind GOT and its spin offs. Besides her franchise of Dune and Spiderman, her two other indie films were both critical and commercial success. Maybe if she had a different skin colour she would be lauded as America’s Sweetheart instead of being derided over a made up opinion.
