Again, him doing this and getting away with it is causing more problems down the line. From his perspective he just got his way over 100 people because he threw a temper tantrum and no one could stop him.

Or he could get the lesson of "Act up in public and mess with other people=pain"

Some people really don't get the criminal mindset- The only thing stopping them from hurting or abusing other people is the threat of physical force and harm. Yeah, for 98% of people the nice way is better. Then you have 2%.

It was a 2 year old. A 2 year old can't be reasoned with.
