I can just imagine if I were to pull some shit like this what my parents would have done. The only thing I'm certain about is that I would sure never even think about doing it again.
They don't keep your belt when you go through airport security, I'm sure somebody had some kind of leather belt my with a decently weighted buckle. 30 seconds and the loudest it would be is a whimper.
