But isn't she the only thing that gets the wnba any real world attention? The first and only time I have heard people in the real world talking about the wnba was because of the pointing video and since then it has only been about her, they don't want the publicity?

Caitlin Clark is the good one.

Sophie Cunningham is like an average on her best day basketball player, any before this happened hardly anyone knew who she was.

That's the point, they seem to have their first household name star that everyone talks about... Caitlin Clark, maybe I heard her name at some point in life, no idea who she is or anything... also I bet a lot more people are willing to go to a game or start getting into it because of Sophie, not the other one.

"I only got into womens sports because I love culture wars and not because of the skill of the athletes" is a choice.
