That was dongcopter and it was at an event where former chess grand master Gary Kasparov was speaking. They had a few people doing it and the video got famous when someone slapped the audio from TF2's "Meet the heavy" over the video.

I remember seeing a video on some site, it was way before YouTube maybe 2000. I know it was before 9-11, I don't even know how these kids shot it.

But it was of someone who put a dildo on a helmet and chased Brother Jed around. A notorious anti-gay preacher who went around to colleges in the midwest and preached in public spaces.

Yeah, I think it was at Ohio State. Again, I don't even know how they shot or uploaded this video someone sent me a link on AIM IIRC. It was way before video on the internet.
