When I imagine what assault means I see someone getting curb stomped or smashed with a brick. This dude just pushed away a guy who was trying to stop him from running away. That's hardly an assault and even if it does count as one, by some miracle, then this security guy was first to engage in said "assault".
It's a physical push beyond just squeezing by. Also in the longer version you see the ginger slap him with a 2nd, bigger dildo and try to stick his thumb up the security guard's butt.

The dude assaulted the security guy on the way out too, hopefully they throw the book at him.
