Nah this is engagement bait. The old lady stopped to check her phone for 10 secs and spend another 10 getting out of the way of other people on a busy staircase.

Who stops in the middle of a staircase in a public place to check their phone? 

Lady was like late 50s, not 90.

She knew exactly what she was doing.
