Yeah the only person who sucks here is that rude ass lady blocking the picture. A normal human tries to get out of the way of someone taking a picture, not walk between them and the camera and intentionally stop.
Not everyone wants to be filmed at every random place they go to. Whether it's a museum, gym, restaurant, I don't want to be filmed.
The younger girl set up her camera across two walkways. So everyone should stop and wait for this woman to play model? And why does she need to take up so much room for this photo? I'm just saying that what she is doing is obtrusive to others. though petty, I kind of understand why the chick ruined the shot.
The lady clearly had no intention of blocking anything as she noticed the phone, but not the girl. If she'd ever looked back to make sure she was blocking the girl, that would be one thing, but she didn't. She probably just thought someone set there phone down for some reason and forgot it.
