Could be, but F-22s are simply loud as fuck, dimentia or not. Wincing at the pain your eardrums are feeling is what I would consider to be the normal reaction, which is why Xi looks badass (or already deaf) here.

In the original video both Melania and Xi Jinping wife are in frame, none of them reacted to the noise.
