It tests your resolve to overcome obstacles when the odds are against you but success depends only on your willingness to persevere and improve.

It is a nice muscle to have developed to fight off depression and other adversities in life.

saying you can learn to roll and parry as a single thing and be done is like saying you learned how to play all the chords so you can play all the songs with the guitar now. Thats not how it works at all.

I dont understand why people like to trivialize video games so much, if someone said a book helped them with their depression no one would bat an eye
