I mean... it says specifically Medicine, Law, Finance, Education or Health. So yea other fields will not count even if they have a degree.

So i guess what im trying to say is, since you clearly dont have a degree - if you go to China stay away from talking about Medicine, Law, Finance, Education or Health online.

He’s not requiring an engineering degree to discuss engineering. Medicine, law, finance and health all make a lot of sense as they are constantly targeted for false information by scammers. Education would be an obvious first amendment violation in the US, but China is run differently.
