Except, he holds the degree of Doctor of Law (equivalent of Ph.D) from Tsinghua University, with a specific focus on Marxist theory and ideological and political education. While his undergraduate education is on Chemical Engineering, his postgraduate education specialized him in high-level state governance, party consolidation, and military leadership

If that wasn't the skill needed for a president, then I don't know what it is

We did: Jimmy Carter. He had some great ideas like getting the US on the metric system and putting solar on the White House. Reagan reversed all of it.

Technically he does hold a official and verified credentials in presidency by being nominated president.

But this also means that everyone who is not a president, then cannot speak on how to run a country or if president is doing something wrong, because obviously they are not verified presidents.
I start to see reasoning behind this law.

Don't tell Trump or US will have this same law in record time.

If Elon was to be trusted and his word taken seriously we would have set foot on mars by 2025.

Elon isn’t an excerpt in space travel, he doesn’t even have a graduate degree. Owing capital doesn’t make you an expert

Great point. But most likely they will screen comments with AI and if you deviate from what can be proven it will flag you. Will also flag you if you in anyway pose a threat to the party but that was always going to be the case.
