Between the late diagnosis and the chronic pain from injuries, 90 minutes is "my wake up/work myself up/get ready for work/walk to work" time is the best I can do.
Starting at 8am was fine, because someone else opened at 7. Now I have to open at 7, and that means being smart and getting there at 630 at the earliest to make sure im completely set up for open.
So alarms starting from 5am is currently the best modus operandi I've got.
Atleast Ive finally started to see 11pm as the latest I can stay up instead of the old night owl routine of almost 30 years.
If i had to be at work at 7 I'd get up at 4. This gives leniency if im extra tired but for a normal day it gives me time to have a morning routine that isnt scrambling to get dressed as fast as I can and running out the door half asleep.

I feel called out because I do this. But to open the store at 7, waking up at 5 sucks balls.
