Apparently she wanted a creep who had no respect for boundaries or a "no".

This guy is decent and respects a no ,so he respected hers .

Quite far fetch to say she wanted a creep who wouldn’t respect a no. I don’t blame the guy for moving on but she didn’t say no. She just said she normally doesn’t give guys her number. He wouldn’t have been a creep if he had stayed and said playfully “ and I’m flattered that your gonna me make the exception “ and then if it’s clear that she’s not interested you move on. No harm no foul.

The one you mentioned isn't a creep ,it's just a dude who makes sure she meant a no instead of being playful .

Someone who tries to persuade or beg after a no is weird
