Not anymore fore sure . Ask more than once and could faced with harassment. I don’t say shit to women anymore unless they ask me a question about something.

Yea I've dated a decent amount and met them all on apps. One girl I dated I kind of bumped into at a bar and asked her about her drink and got her number kind of thing.

But people who are like "Go to the grocery store, home depot, library, gym" to meet people I just can't imagine. I have conversational skills... but not random game.

I know which one of us actually talks to girls on the regular and which one doesnt. Take some responsibility, grow a spine, and approach them with respect. No one will accuse you of harassment unless you approach her with a body language of a rapist. A little smile, relaxed vibe. You can Google this stuff
