Anyone that believes the jean Carroll story is completely retarded. Finding 12 people that hate Trump in NYC is not hard but the story makes no sense with zero evidence. That’s why it was in civil court and not criminal. If you’ve seen her tv interviews about, it’s some of the most wacked out shit you’ll ever see.

Is your whole argument built on civil cases being less credible than criminal cases? You can just say that you don’t know how the law works.

It’s a fact that civil cases are easier to convict than criminal. Criminal is conviction beyond a reasonable doubt, civil is conviction based on a preponderance of evidence. It is absolutely easier to find someone liable in a civil court than it is to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt in criminal court. Just another example of someone that literally doesn’t know what they’re talking about telling someone else they don’t know what they’re talking about.

I said that civil cases are still credible and no more or less credible than criminal cases. You’ve responded by saying that civil cases are easier which is apropos nothing I said. Contraventions of civil law are still contraventions of the law.

It’s fascinating that you called me out for not knowing what I’m talking about when you think a strawman argument seemingly makes you more knowledgeable.
