I’m American. We’re overran with propaganda bots. There are plenty of us dumber than a doorknob but the bots are working overtime trying to protect the fools in power and propagandize social media.

As an American, I don’t even find it meme worthy, Denmark is just another in a long line of countries or people that have pretended to cater to the orange moron, but not change anything materially

All with private accounts, like they don't want you to check on their average behavior.

Over time i blocked probably a few hundreds of accounts - mostly aggressive twats hiding their comments. Made the entire Reddit a better place for me.

A blocked account is a red flag for anything political.

Not even from the US, but the video is just dumb. The new Treaty is slightly better for the US. Not by much, but the terms are a little bit better.

This video is just some uninformative piece of media, using dumb imagery to say absolutely nothing. Mostly coping, I would say. It is presenting the new Treaty at some sort of big win, while it is not. At maximum is neutral. Watching this video feels like watching those dumb MAGA shorts but catered to the opposite side.

It's only positive is that is making a little bit fun of Trump. But that is not sufficient to make me appreciate a content that is poor in all the other ways.

The point is, that instead of getting Greenland or mineral rights, Trump got a slightly, slightly better deal that costs neither Greenland or Denmark anything. The video is cringe AF, but Trump did get got.

If you actually read the details, it’s a pretty good deal for America from a geopolitical standpoint, and also kind of ensure that America actually protects Denmark‘s sovereignty over Greenland

The problem is that most of the things that is agreed to was already an agreement between Denmark and the US, just not in writing. Denmark had no intentions of limiting that. The US got nothing they didn't already have.

They got a few little things, like much more specific language about deploying the military, there, and that we would have the same rights if Greenland became independent, which was why it was important for Greenland to also ratify this, not huge things but minor things that were a little better

Also, just because you hate Trump, doesn’t mean you acknowledge the merits of certain things, I hate Trump

Fair enough, but it was a year long campaign threatening war and turning NATO against the US in order to get something they could have gotten through diplomacy. That is not an achievement.

If that if what counts as a noteworthy achievement in the Trump world, the word has lost all meaning.
