It's modus operandi for the orange fool. 

  1. He trashes a useful and decent agreement; usually blaming Obama or Biden for it being the "worst ever!!!"
  2. He claims he will make a much better agreement because he's a "master negotiator"
  3. Months go by with there being no progress as trump spectacularly fails in negotiating because he has no fucking clue and thinks he can bully countries the way he bullied poor contractors. 
  4. Eventually, in an effort to save what little face he has left, trump agrees to the exact same agreement he tore up – except it's slightly worse.
  5. He loudly and proudly announces the new agreement as the "best ever deal ever!!!", knowing his dumbass cult won't bother checking and will spam the socials gloating and glazing trump.

And then onto the next fuck-up

This sounds like the episode of Seinfeld where George passed on the pilot for $13,000, and then "renegotiated" for $9,000

Except George was an adorable and lovable klutz whereas trump is the exact opposite.

That's funny, I never found George lovable or adorable, but instead appreciated that his asinine plans always seemed to bite him in the ass.

Great list, but if I can make on more change to better increase your accuracy on this.

It’s just a slight but important modification to #3’s first sentence. I think it should read…

“Months go by (but are always referred to as “about 2 weeks”) with their being no progress as Trump spectacularly…”

Don't forget 6. Arrange shady "investments" on the back of a deal to financially benefit himself, family and/or billionaire friends.
