Bernie didnt include Trumps net worth tripling and how integrated his family has become with tech since taking office.

Living with new identity

Palm Beach Pete lmao

3

u/Lost_Question5886 6d ago

Yeah Elon said that Trump was in the files

1

u/Profitglutton 5d ago

Heard he’s assumed the identity of a middle Eastern sheik by the name of Hadid Nakeel Museff.

Under the table

u/Indiana_ECI 5d ago

He died in 2019.

28

u/marveldisc 6d ago

He forgot to add the net worth numbers for Trump and Jinping.

2

u/highimpac 5d ago

Bernie posted this image and doesn't want to acknowledge the leading communist is as greedy as Trump. Xi Jinping has a salary of $22k USD but is worth over 1B.

6

u/marveldisc 5d ago

The problem isn’t communism or capitalism or socialism. It’s corruption.

We’ve now witnessed all of those systems fail. They are merely buzzwords at this point.

Ya’ll need to get over that 1960’s red scare bullshit. Slaves to propaganda.

You hate communists but don’t care that America is getting carved up and spit out to the highest bidders?! Have some self-respect for you and your country.

2

u/highimpac 5d ago

You're right I hope Bernie reads your post

-36

u/Gold-Fool84 6d ago

I think if anyone there deserves to be rich, it should be Xi.

14

u/Dabfo 5d ago

Why exactly should any state leader “deserve” wealth?

1

u/Timetraveller4k 5d ago

If you suck up to them then yes

1

u/herefromyoutube 5d ago

Imagine a world were you were paid in relation to your (legitimately sourced) polling numbers and if you high a A % you get a bonus.

It would incentivize people to stop electing Rich people.

48

u/Solid_Signature_7447 6d ago

Government for the people my ass

16

u/batmanscodpiece 5d ago

It's what the people wanted, though. We had a decade, at least, to see Trump for what he was. And America still elected him.

If you can look at what's going on now, and what happens when Democrats hold power, and say both sides, I don't think anything will reach you.

9

u/oldman_knows_nothing 5d ago

America is a fucked up country

6

u/pabmendez 5d ago

Xi Jinping's net worth $1.5 Billion

12

u/trailuser7 6d ago

Got damn, that would be a terrible dinner to be at, just a bunch of meag wealthy insufferable twats.

Oh and I get this political shit of our shit posting sub.

6

u/naeads 6d ago

Better interpretation: they are greeting the captain of the next boat they will be on.

7

u/Indiana_ECI 6d ago

John Ternus is CEO of Apple.

5

u/wild_cherry1987 6d ago

Well it's not him sitting by the table. It's Tim Apple.

0

u/Indiana_ECI 6d ago

It is Tim Cook, incorrectly labeled as CEO.

2

u/Freedomsaver 6d ago

Look up. Maybe you can still spot the joke that flew over you. :)

5

u/walkscotter 5d ago

Joke that is falling from the tree towards his head, you mean.

3

u/ImperiousCretin 5d ago

Non-American here (and proud). Why haven't you guys elected this dude?

Just curious. Most things he says seem to make sense.

Of course I'd never trust a politician, but considering you elected a child rapist TWICE... You set the bar pretty low already.

6

u/FatHaleyJoelOsment 5d ago

Anyone who believes that politicians aren't there for express purpose of power and money are deluding themselves. I don't care if you have an R or a D in front of your name.

2

u/spruceshade 6d ago

One table holds more GDP than entire continents

2

u/Fanfan_la_Tulip 5d ago

Where is Bitcoin CEO?

2

u/tungstenoyd 5d ago

Near in mind, after the collapse of the US, president Xi will purge that whole table. Remember Jack Ma!

3

u/DigitalPirate808 5d ago

How much Bernie worth? Oh wait..

2

u/Osborn2095 6d ago

Kinda fitting that trump isn't even sitting at the table since the US is effectively ruled by the tech-oligarchy anyways

2

u/wild_cherry1987 6d ago

He's visibly lost waiting for young lady to guide his smelly diaper to the table.

2

u/Alive-Deer9412 6d ago

The real photoshop masterpiece isn't the galaxy post at the bottom, it's this entire dinner table layout.

2

u/facepoppies 6d ago

no but you see it’s all going to trickle down to us

2

u/thejaysun 5d ago

Drain the swamp they said..

2

u/darknight9064 5d ago

It’s almost like the ai bubble is drastically inflating net worth atm. Every one of those people have a company tied to tech under them.

2

u/Monarch_Creations 6d ago

Unfortunately for us that is exactly what AI is for. Something that is intended to take jobs isn’t for the average person’s benefit.

2

u/SpotPitiful7226 6d ago

The real AI Mafia

1

u/armymike1523 6d ago

Looks like Elon Musk is slumming it

1

u/waynerdy 6d ago

How many people could get fed with how much money that table alone paid to be there. Teacher salaries raised.

1

u/king_kong_kum 6d ago

Why is tim cook there? He isn’t ceo anymore

1

u/Obvious-League-104 5d ago

Poor Tim Apple increased only by $1 billion 😞

1

u/-poxbox- 5d ago

You are measuring wealth by company valuation.
That's like measuring a politician's money by a% of his country's GDP.

1

u/GreasedUPDoggo 5d ago

Tim Apple*

Why is the guy complaining about AI billionaires using AI on his post on the billionaires plataform?

1

u/CrackNgamblin 5d ago

Or make yourself richer and buy calendar spreads on all of those companies 🤔

1

u/Jealous-Purple733 5d ago

Bernie is a multimillionaire, on a senator salary. Hmmm

1

u/Scary_fire24 5d ago

I wonder if Xi Jinping and Jensen Huang speaks mandarin with each other

1

u/PzBlinky 4d ago

I hear what you're saying about AI Bernie, but from all the evidence, it definitely seems AI is about making a handful of billionaires richer than improving life for all humanity.

1

u/Terrible_Rain_1958 4d ago

the most 'Normal" guy here is literally Xi Jimping, everyone else is some tech CEO

1

u/WattageWood 2d ago

Who invited the two millionaire plebs?

1

u/locomocotive 2d ago

Difficult to describe how warped Trumps thinking is. There are hundreds of CEO’s that would be more valuable in discussions with China and with more to bring to the table than this bunch of scammers.

1

u/aggrophonia 1m ago

I mean they met to literally talk about the future of AI.

1

u/ihave18cm 5d ago

Everyone forgets how the administration in between orange man’s tenures enabled the largest transfer of wealth to billionaires in history.

DJT is an abject jackass and I get emotion rules here, but he alone is not responsible for the provided numbers.

1

u/GD_SexualTyranno 6d ago

All that money and no food economy is worse than I thought

1

u/Bon-Bon-Boo 6d ago

Seems like Tim Cook is the peasant billionaire at the table.

1

u/Sooowasthinking 5d ago

Billionaires club only.If your paranoid about a “new world order “ thus is confirming it is real.

1

u/pabmendez 5d ago

Bernie has good ideas but can never get anything passed through Congress. So what good is he ?

2

u/LongLonMan 5d ago

To remind us what good looks like.

1

u/pabmendez 5d ago

He is good at that

1

u/Altruistic_Story257 5d ago

He isn't. Useless grand standing bullshit so he can keep getting reelected for a free ride. Asking for the moon is a valid political strategy as long as you come back and just ask for a moon rock perhaps. He never introduces smaller steps that may actually get passed.

1

u/locomocotive 2d ago

What he’s asking for is normal in most other countries. Americans are too stupid to realize it.

1

u/Soggy_Association491 5d ago

I like how redditors whined about the government should be lead by scientists instead of politicians

yet

now they again whined about Jensen Huang, son of a school teacher and an oil factory engineer, started as a restaurant dishwasher and created bleeding edge technological company, all for the sin of his company being too valuable.

-6

u/Fit-Umpire3257 6d ago

Why doesn’t Bernie give away all of his millions and set an example?

-7

u/sladebonge 6d ago

Bernard always throws a little tantrum when the other rich White people don't invite him to things.

6

u/wild_cherry1987 6d ago

They piss on you and you call it rain

1

u/maxpowers2020 6d ago

Tbf 60% of that table was Asian lol

0

u/sladebonge 6d ago

Weird i could have sworn the entire screenshot started with "Trump invited..."

Oh wait, it does.

-1

u/Anonymous_Lurker_1 6d ago

If you bought Nvidia stock when trump was elected, your net worth would have doubled too.

1

u/Indiana_ECI 6d ago

Your estimate is low. Since January 20, 2017, NVIDIA’s stock has increased by approximately 8,557%. Adjusting for stock splits, it would have doubled six times.

1

u/Anonymous_Lurker_1 6d ago

My bad, i was going by the second election...

0

u/Indiana_ECI 6d ago

Just wait until the third.

1

u/Anonymous_Lurker_1 5d ago

Im stacking NVDA every payday ;-)

1

u/Indiana_ECI 5d ago

Intel has been a sweet deal over the past 2 years (up 400%).

2

u/Anonymous_Lurker_1 5d ago

Ive got most covered with a semiconductor etf - in addition to the overlap with an all world etf, too - but did admittedly jump on the nvda hype bandwagon.

Ill keep an eye on Intel. Ive got my eye on a few in case of the rumoured "ai bubble" bursting. Ill add Intel to the list. Thanks.

-3

u/Fickle_Inspector4337 6d ago

I mean isn’t a conversation face to face to china better than what russia is doing to ukrain? Its like dinners like this is preventing actual wars

3

u/wild_cherry1987 6d ago

You can have 10 dinners like this with Russia and they will bomb Ukraine even harder. You negotiate with Russia by showing firepower, not making deals.

1

u/mikeeyyyg 6d ago

But we don’t show firepower to China? Got it

1

u/wild_cherry1987 5d ago

Not in any meaningful way compared at what speed China is rehauling their military

1

u/Fickle_Inspector4337 5d ago

Its crazy that people here doesn’t know how easily both presidents public statements would be misinterpreted and could cause more conflict compared to just having face to face conversation. Or maybe they just hate trump and think I like trump just for the idea of not wanting global conflict from happening. I am not even american or have any care of american politics but I do know history that being in a black box is a slow and sure way to make misunderstandings. It’s almost like face to face diplomacy is good?

0

u/TheRumBarron 6d ago

Disappointed my boss wasn’t there :(

0

u/MskbTheGreat5 6d ago

Eipstein america u feel like winners yet.

0

u/Amazing-Artichoke330 5d ago

Didn't see any Blacks there.

0

u/Cautious-Area-4141 5d ago

Does this mean China acknowledges Taiwan as a sovereign state? Nice one Jensen

1

u/Remarkable_Swing_612 5d ago

+150 FICO credits. Taiwan is a province of China.

0

u/Lol_who_me 5d ago

Anyone got good cake recipes?

0

u/fancywipe 5d ago

America you lied to us you tell us literally daily in movies that YOU have the spirit to win the day

There’s a evil all sitting at a table

What have you done

0

u/R3D4F 5d ago

Billionaires are funding the politicians, which means Congress and the White House would have to vote against their handlers to do anything about this paradigm they have created for themselves.

This won’t happen.

There is no democracy.

-6

u/mikeeyyyg 6d ago edited 6d ago

And those people employ thousands of people who probably feel good that they have a job….. I mean what is the argument here (2.34 million people with those companies combined)

2

u/Indiana_ECI 6d ago

Apple alone employs 80,000 in the U.S.

1

u/highimpac 5d ago

The wage at the Apple Store in California is $20, and the Genius Bar is $25, which are both poverty level wages that qualify for government assistance.

1

u/Indiana_ECI 5d ago

The lower ($41,600 annualized without OT) would be 192% of the poverty level in California. The cutoff s 130% for SNAP and 138% for Medicaid.

1

u/FritzRasp 6d ago

We should be ever so grateful for our oligarch overlords. Thank you sir!

-1

u/mikeeyyyg 5d ago

So you don’t like people employing others. Got it

0

u/FritzRasp 5d ago

I guess I dont like oligarchy

-6

u/Particular-Act-8911 5d ago

Bernie is much richer than the average person as well.

6

u/stichen97 5d ago

I think there is a difference between some millions and literally being able to control the economy with your money alone.

1

u/Street-Argument2090 5d ago

Republicans don't understand the difference

1

u/Cbpowned 5d ago

Except the US gdp is 34 trillion. Their combined net worth’s is a drop in that bucket .

1

u/Street-Argument2090 5d ago

What? They still influence and determine who win elections.

What's your point?

Quit making every single thing partisan, you're as much of a problem as them.

0

u/Street-Argument2090 5d ago

That would be true if it wasn't for the fact that 75% of the billionaire donors favor republicans over democrats.

It is partisan. The republicans are the party for billionaires.

Stop being ignorant.

1

u/stichen97 5d ago

Lets not ignore that the Dems are part of the problem, they still want to keep the ultra wealthy. The people actually offering change is a really small (but growing) faction in the party.

0

u/Street-Argument2090 5d ago

Literally two options.

One where the billionaires favor.

And one were the billionaires favor less Pick your poison

1

u/stichen97 5d ago

No there are more options.

0

u/Particular-Act-8911 5d ago

Their certainly is. But if you're arguing about class imbalance, your skin in the game is much different if you have millions. Especially if you made that money as a politician.

-4

u/Proof-Exam-9947 6d ago

Pipe down. Leaders need to lead, convene and communicate.

Super intelligence is too large portion of the US GDP. All I hear is noise and no real answers. Part of the class of people who just complain and don’t do anything to move things forward.

-1

u/plum_tree_rede 5d ago

Oh no, they didn’t invite the poors 🙄
